Institution Consortium Program (ICP)

A structured initiative of the Association of Indian Private Universities (AIPU)

Purpose

ICP is a structured initiative created by the Association of Indian Private Universities (AIPU) to bring colleges, autonomous institutions, and affiliated higher-education institutions onto a common, dependable academic platform.

The program has been developed with a simple intention: to offer institutions a space where they can be visible, recognised, and connected, without complex procedures or regulatory complications.

Many colleges and institutions seek practical ways to strengthen their academic presence, support faculty and students, and participate in meaningful academic engagement. ICP provides a clear and manageable framework to achieve this, enabling institutions to be part of a wider academic network while keeping the process transparent and easy to adopt.

What ICP Offers

1. ICP Membership Certificate

A printed and framed institutional membership certificate issued with a unique Membership ID. The certificate is dispatched to the institution after completion of basic verification.

2. ICP Digital Badge

A digital badge that the institution may use on its official website, prospectus, brochures, and digital communication to indicate participation in the ICP framework.

3. Listing in the ICP Directory

The institution is listed in the ICP national directory, ensuring visibility within the AIPU ecosystem and providing access to its dedicated institutional profile.

4. Institution Profile Page

A dedicated profile page on the ICP platform, along with an enquiry form. Relevant enquiries received through the portal are forwarded to the institution’s designated official email address.

5. Faculty Memberships

The institution may nominate up to 10 faculty members for complimentary membership across AIPU’s professional associations.

These memberships allow faculty to engage with academic networks, recognition initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities within the AIPU ecosystem.

6. Student Memberships

The institution may nominate up to 20 students for complimentary membership, supporting early academic recognition and structured engagement with the AIPU platform.

7. Faculty Fellowships

The institution may recommend 1 faculty member for complimentary fellowship under AIPU’s faculty fellowship programs, subject to standard review and approval procedures.

8. Collaboration Opportunities

The institution may participate in collaborative academic activities, shared initiatives, and consortium-level engagements facilitated through the ICP framework, based on relevance and feasibility.

9. Showcase Opportunity

Notable academic initiatives, achievements, or institutional activities of member institutions may be featured on the ICP platform for wider visibility.

Enrolment Fees

One-Time Enrolment Fee: ₹25,000

At the time of joining the Institution Consortium Program, the institution is required to pay a one-time amount of ₹25,000. This covers enrolment into the program, issuance of the printed and framed membership certificate, listing in the ICP directory, creation of the institution profile page, and access to all associated institutional benefits.

Annual Continuation Fee (from Year 2): ₹5,000

From the second year onwards, an annual amount of ₹5,000 is applicable to keep the institution’s listing, profile page, and enquiry visibility active on the ICP platform. No additional benefits or certificates are issued during this continuation period.

At the time of joining, a one-time enrolment amount of ₹25,000 is applicable. From the second year onwards, an annual amount of ₹7,500 applies.

The enrolment includes:
Faculty Memberships: 10 (₹10,000 value)
Student Memberships: 20 (₹14,000 value)
Faculty Fellowship Consideration: 1 (₹5,000 value)

Total direct academic value: ₹29,000.
Additional benefits include institutional listing, profile page, enquiry visibility, and certification.
