UCP enables institutions to strengthen visibility, gain recognition, and participate in meaningful academic engagement through a transparent and well-organized framework.

Enrolment Fees

One-Time Enrolment Fee: ₹40,000

Includes membership certificate, UCP listing, profile page, and access to all institutional benefits.

Annual Continuation Fee (from Year 2): ₹10,000

Ensures continued visibility, profile maintenance, and enquiry routing. No additional certificates are issued during continuation.

The enrolment amount includes several complimentary institutional benefits:

Faculty Memberships: 15 (₹15,000 value)
Student Memberships: 30 (₹21,000 value)
Faculty Fellowships: 2 (₹10,000 value)

Total direct academic value: ₹46,000.

This calculation reflects only the membership and fellowship components. Additional benefits such as institutional listing, profile page, enquiry visibility, printed and framed certificate, and participation within the UCP framework are included.

No. Institutional benefits are issued only at the time of enrolment. During annual continuation, no additional benefits or certificates are reissued. The continuation amount applies only to maintain active listing, profile visibility, and enquiry routing.

No. The printed and framed UCP membership certificate is issued only once, at the time of enrolment.

Each university profile page includes a simple enquiry form. Relevant enquiries received through the UCP portal are forwarded to the official email address provided by the university.

After enrolment, universities can nominate faculty members and students for complimentary memberships as per the defined limits. Nomination details are collected and processed by the AIPU team.
